Our signature house made items are produced locally in our San Francisco Bay Area kitchen closely following authentic Italian recipes of our Michelin Star Executive Chef Gianluca Guglielmi. We make all of our items on a daily basis the old fashioned way by hand, using absolutely no preservatives or additives of any kind, with locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. We are passionate about quality, flavor and authenticity. Our house made items include: biscotti, seasonings, fresh pastas like ravioli and lasagne, savory entrees, our olive collection, traditional bread crumbs, and baked goods like our decadent flourless chocolate torta.
