Ingredients:

1 3/4 cup Mulino Sobrino type 0 flour
3/4 cup Mulino Sobrino cornmeal flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup butter (room temperature)
1 cup raisins
2 each egg yolks
1 tsp baking powder

Region: Veneto



Instructions:

Soak raisins in 2 cups of lukewarm water for 15 to 20 minutes. Drain and squeeze. Mix all the ingredients together by hand. Form the cookies by hand in a 3-inch long oval shape and 1/3 inch thick. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 15 to 18 minutes. Serve cold with whipped cream or custard.

Serves 4 to 6.
