Our Shipping Policy:
| All packages are shipped via FedEx . FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping charges vary by product weight and are based on standard FedEx shipping rates, including a minimal shipping and handling fee to to cover box weight, packaging, labor and miscellaneous shipping charges associated with oversized boxes, rural routes and home delivery surcharges.
As a courtesy to you, shipping fees will appear before your order is confirmed. Should you ever have questions about shipping, please call 1-877-878-2783.
Products ordered before 10 a.m. PST, that are in stock, will be shipped the same day.

| Holiday Shipping Notes:
Last day to ship to arrive by December 25th::
- Expres Saver (3day) Wednesday, Dec. 19th
- Expres 2nd Day Thursday, Dec. 20th
- Expres Next Day Friday, Dec. 21st
To ensure your packages goes out in accordance with the shipping schedule of your choice, please have the order placed no later than the day before the cut-off. |
Additional Shipping Information:
- Gift baskets are shipped individually, so each box will be charged an individual shipping rate.
- Some perishable items require Overnight delivery. Perishable items ordered after 12:00pm PST Thursday will not be shipped until the following Monday. We do not ship perishable items to Alaska or Hawaii.
- Shipments outside the Continental U.S. (lower 48 states) to Alaska or Hawaii, are
shipped via Fed Ex. Please call 1-877-878-2783 for a quotation.
- Shipments that require multiple boxes are subject
to increased shipping costs. If necessary, an A.G. Ferrari customer
service representative will call you with a quote after your order
is placed.
- A.G. Ferrari is not responsible for incorrect delivery addresses or delays due to inclement weather.
Delivery Options:
- FedEx Ground to Business: For added convenience and savings, we can ship to your business address. This service allows for delivery up to 5pm local time Monday through Friday during regular business hours. This is our most economical shipping option.
- FedEx Ground Home Delivery:We ship FedEx Ground Home Delivery; please allow five to seven business days for delivery. This service allows for delivery up to 8pm local time and allows for Saturday delivery.
- 2nd Day Air: For delivery within two days
after shipping.
- Standard Overnight: Overnight delivery by 3:30pm.
- FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
