Riseria di Lenta is a highly respected rice plantation
in the upper reaches of the Po Valley, located near the
wine-growing areas of Ghemme and Gittanara. It is a
relatively small single farm with strict quality control.
Paul Ferrari first tasted Riseria di Lenta's rice while
dining at Cesare Giaccone's world-famous restaurant Da
Cesare. We are proud to feature two of this producer's
outstanding rice.
