San Francisco-based Molinari has been making Italian salami
and sausage for decades. It's one of the most respected
Italian-style salami producers in the country, and it's
one of A.G. Ferrari's most treasured affiliations. Annibale
Ferrari first met P.G. Molinari in the early 1900s, several
years after P.G. left Piemonte to come to San Francisco.
Like Annibale, P.G. turned his passion for Italian food
into a successful family business. Their mutual connection
to the old country and commitment to quality forged a friendship
that would last three generations. Today, Frank Giorgi is the
fourth-generation successor to this venerable institution.
Molinari was cited in the September 2001 issue of Wine Spectator
as one of America's premium dry salame producers.
