Our ravioli are still made using the same recipe created by Annibale Ferrari nearly a hundred years ago. They are filled with the freshest ingredients to ensure unsurpassed flavor.

These ravioli are filed with pumpkin, ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan and herbs. Perfect with a browned butter and sage sauce,light gorgonzola sauce or simply tossed with olive oil, freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano. Serve with a crisp white wine such as Pinot Grigio.
