Ferrari's distinctive olive oil blend is selected by Paul Ferrari and custom-crushed at a small cooperative in the olive oil mecca of Montalbano, Tuscany. Medium green-gold in color, our house blend is classically Tuscan: green-gold in color with a characteristic peppery finish. The oil is first cold pressed, with no heat or chemical extraction. Each bottle is vintage dated on the capsule to ensure freshness. We believe our extra virgin olive oil to be the finest Tuscan oil in its price range.
