Every town in Puglia offers its own type of taralli -- an unsweetened cracker that's first boiled, then baked. Our version of this regional specialty is round, crunches like a pretzel, and tastes like a wine cracker.

Use as a snack cracker, pair with hard or soft cheeses or try dipped in honey or mustard. They also make delicious croutons for soup or salad. Available in three flavors: plain, fennel and hot pepper.
