This authentic Italian balsamic vinegar is bottled exclusively by A.G. Ferrari Foods. The producer who makes this vinegar for us in Modena was recommended to Paul Ferrari by our artisanal producers. The vinegar, which uses the must of local grapes, is barrel aged in the traditonal Italian style and then blended with eight-year aged vinegar to give it a sweet, full flavor. Its sweet-tart flavor makes it perfect for vinaigrettes and marinades. We believe this is the best balsamic vinegar available in its price range. No added sweeteners or preservatives.
