Paul Ferrari believes Santoleri extra virgin olive oil is Abruzzo's best. Made with Leccino, Gentile di Chieti and local Intosso olives, Giacomo Santoleri's unfiltered oil is first cold pressed in an authentic stone frantoio at the foot of the La Maiella mountains. With its fruity (almost lemony) fragrance and peppery finish, this extremely smooth oil lends itself to a wide range of uses. Santoleri produces only 2,000 of these beautiful bottles each year.
