As with our Rosso, Paul Ferrari works with a small winery outside Florence to blend our crisp private collection white for an extraordinary everyday wine.

Our 2009 Tuscan white wine is a blend of local IGT grapes: trebbiano toscano, malvasia,chardonnay and sauvignon blanc. Each varietal was chosen to contribute a specific desired characteristic, such as fruit, body and roundness. No oak masks the fresh and lively flavors.

Paul Ferrari named this wine in memory of his grandfather, Annibale, for whom A.G. Ferrari Foods is named. With Annibale Bianco, Paul set out to recreate the kind of wine that you might find in an Italian home: lovingly blended using local grapes and simply bottled for everyday enjoyment.

The elegant labels have been designed by a finalist in the competition to design the Euro; surpassed only by the palate of this winning white.
