The Caricato family hand picks and cold presses its own olives in a traditional stone frantoio. The family's organically farmed trees -- some over 150 years old -- have been in the family since 1815.

The result of the family's obsession with quality is a rich, fragrant, green-gold oil with an intense flavor and excellent fruit character. Use this oil with soups, pasta sauces, and grilled meats.
