Paul Ferrari is constantly in search of carefully produced, high quality products worthy of the A.G. Ferrari Foods name. His search for outstanding pasta happily ended at a small pastificio outside Naples, in the Italian "pastabelt".

The tiny pastificio we work with uses custom-blended durum wheat to craft our uniquely ridged fettuccine. Delicious with tomato-based sauces and hearty ragus.

Cooking time: 8 to 10 minutes.
