This is a spectacular table wine to share!

This small family winery makes superb Amarone each February. When its fermentation is completed, their best Valpolicella is "repassed" over the still flavorpacked lees of the Amarone and macerated for 15 days. The resultant "baby Amarone" is a lush and spectacular table wine.

Recommended Food Pairings: All roast and boiled meat dishes; pasta and risotto with mushrooms; gorgonzola dolce and Grana Padano.
