This simply luscious Vin Santo is classically and traditionally Tuscan, with a medium sweet flavor, laced with the aromas of dried apricot and toasted nuts. Made from grapes which are air-dried for 3-4 months, then vinified and aged in small oak barrels for 4 years, this wine enlivens special occasions.
