Organic rose petal syrup made from antique "Gallica" roses.
This syrup has been made for the last 12 years in the Chianti area of Tuscany by Isabella Devetta. The syrup, made from the hand picked petals of antique "Gallica" roses, contains no artificial colouring or presevatives of any kind.
The traditional way to drink this syrup is to dilute it in cool water with a few drops of lemon juice for a thirst quenching drink.
Other imaginative uses: for making ice cream or sorbets; in fruit salads; in hot or cold tea; in yogurt or on crepes. Also great in many cocktail recipes or added to a chilled white wine or champagne. |
