Made only in the village of San Daniele in Italy's northeast corner this product is aged over 1 year. It is an air-cured prosciutto that is slightly less salty but just as revered as its cousin from Parma. Wrap around melon, toss with pasta -- use the same way you would use Prosciutto di Parma (sliced just as thinly).
