This organic oil is made by Giovanna Mazza at her husband's farm in the foothills near Benevento in Campania. Paul Ferrari was impressed by Giovanna's commitment to organic farming and her resolve to produce Campania's finest oil. We think this delicious artisanal oil represents the region well.

Flavor profile: This golden yellow oil has a smooth texture and buttery flavor with hints of fresh apricot and a slightly peppery finish.
