Aromatic, amber-colored peach jam from Tuscan artisan Maria Grazia La Porta.

L'Antica Drogheria jams and preserves are made in the mountains between Bologna and Florence by Maria Grazia La Porta. All of the jams are made from locally picked fruits and are produced in small batches. Maria Grazia concentrates the flavors by cooking them a touch longer. Without exception, they are intensely flavorful without being overly sweet.

This amber-colored peach jam is as aromatic and intensely flavorful as a peach set out in the sun to dry. The word "extra" on the label refers to the fact that producer Maria Grazia La Porta reduces her fruit on the stovetop to heighten and intensify the flavors.
