Muscat is the most aromatic of grapes, and it receives its highest quality designation
( D.O.C.G.: "Denominazione di Origine Controllata e Garantita") in this specific Piemontese district of Asti.
From their 11 acre vineyard, Bruno and Stefania Soria make this delightful "frizzante"(lighly sparkling) Moscato which captures all of the luscious flavors of a ripe Muscat Grape. It's natural sweetness is balanced by crisp acidity, which keeps the wine from being cloying. Its low alcohol (5.5%) makes it the ideal wine for sipping (with fresh strawberries) on the patio when Spring has sprung.
