A.G. Ferrari Foods Executive Chef Gianluca Guglielmi created our house-baked biscotti after pining for the traditional cookies of his native Vicenza.

We use the highest quality ingredients, including hand-cut chunks of Guittard chocolate to make our traditional biscotti.

Excellent dipped in coffee or dessert wine; also superb with ice cream or fresh fruit, or all by themselves.
