Not as well known as its noted cousin Robiola, but equally soft and luscious.

Aged for 21 to 30 days, Bonrus is is delicate and harmonius to taste with strong earthy tones to the palate.

This cheese pairs well with dried fruits or nuts. Try it on raisin bread or melt into a zucchini risotto. Also exquisite with a dollop of Mostarda di Cremona or Mostarda di Milano.
