Our chef Gianluca believes this to be the finest cheese from Piemonte's Langhe area, also known as the heart of white truffle country. With its creamy, silky texture, it is addictively simple to spread on fresh crusty bread or crackers. Cave-aged for 15 to 20 days.

Excellent drizzled with Daniele DeValle's Piemontese honey, paired with fresh fruits and vegetables, or as a finish for fresh herb risotto.
