Fagiolini all'Aceto Cesare

Ingredients:

1 pound green beans
1 large red onion
2 Tbsp A.G. Ferrari Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 cup water
2 Tbsp Aceto Cesare Vinegar
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp fresh black pepper

Region: Piemonte



Instructions:

Wash the green beans. Cut onion into 8 wedges. Saute onion and green beans inolive oil for 2 minutes; carefully add water and cook, covered, for 10 minutes. Add salt, vinegar and continue cooking for 6 to 8 minutes. Add black pepper andremove from heat. Serve hot or at room temperature.

Serves 6 to 8.
