Candidates must fully meet or exceed these basic qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience as an Assistant Manger in the Retail, Food Service, or Hospitality industry·
- An enthusiastic passion for food
- Proven leadership, business, sales and customer service competence
- Be available to work weekends, opening, closing, and middle shifts
- Verifiable references
