The Consorzio Artigiano Dolci di Puglia is a cooperative
of eight bakeries in Puglia that banded together to create
a beautiful package for their baked goods. The bakery that
produces each unique item marks the bottom of the box with
its name. Our dolcemandorla is made by Di Muro in Canosa
di Puglia.
