

Salvatore Boccia runs his own farm in the rolling hills
of Campania, but he also seeks out quality beans and
legumes from other small growers. His products include
Fagioli Borlotti (cranberry beans), Ceci Imperiali
(garbanzo beans), Lenticchie Rosse (red lentils),
Fagioli Cannellini (cannellini beans), and Fagioli Lamon
(buttery beans from Lamon, in northern Italy). Each of
these products is an integral part of the Italian culinary
tradition and a staple of the Mediterranean diet.
