A. G. Ferrari Taralli

A Favorite in Puglia

Taralli have been a favorite Pugliese snack for hundreds of years. Sit down for a glass of wine or beer anywhere in Italy today, and the bartender will slide a bowl over to you before they’re done with the pour. Delicious on their own or as an accompaniment to a charcuterie plate, these hand-rolled crispy rounds of dough are nearly impossible to resist.

Our baker preserves a time-honored regional tradition of boiling and baking these ring-shaped treats which gives them a flaky texture and crunch. A.G. Ferrari Taralli are made in the traditional way with only flour, water and extra virgin olive oil for taste and richness, plus a small amount of wine for crunchiness.

Fennel
Slightly aromatic with a mild flavor of fennel. Excellent with dry wines and hard cheeses.

Tomato Herb
A zesty combination that’s inspired by the flavors of Italy. Pair with red wine, flavorful cheeses and charcuterie.

Olive Oil
Classic crunch with a hint of richness. Excellent with soup or as part of any antipasti platter.

You can always find our A.G. Ferrari Taralli at one of our Bay Area Cafés or online here.
